It&#039;s telling that--as with the acoustic evidence in the JFK case--the breakthroughs are coming from things that were not examined by the original investigative bodies. </description>

		<description>That van Praag presentation is compelling, perhaps conclusive is the better word.   Even without considering anything else, it&#039;s scientifically clear that Sirhan wasn&#039;t the killer, and it certainly looks like the security guard was.   (I can&#039;t remember his name offhand.) 
 
The coroner himself said that Sirhan couldn&#039;t have killed RFK, because the fatal shot  was fired point blank from behind, and as von Praag shows, there were too many shots for Sirhan&#039;s gun, Yet even now Sirhan sits in jail, the world keeps spinning, and not too many people are protesting the fact that RFK&#039;s true killers, and those who ordered his death, were never brought to justice.   So it goes. </description>
