All facets of the government (including state law officials) continue to be corrupt. The difference is, black people are no longer to be feared. Notice how many times 'Terrorist' has been used within the past 5 or so years? New target…Muslim/Muslim sympathizers (I would not rule out Latinos either).

“The only thing that goes down is what they want to go down…” This is certainly a scary thought. But hopefully in this day and age with better media coverage and freedom of speech, there are more checks and balances with police than before.

I just finished "Life After Death" (which I LOVED – hilarious and tragic at the same time) and found this blog googling Mike Gerber. The Kennedy's and MKL assassinations happened during my formative years and I was keenly interested in these events but really didn't know that much about Malcolm X. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
